Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Stringino" (the "App") provided by Masaki Naito ("we"). By using the App you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. What the App does

The App is a practice aid: it listens to your playing and compares it with the score. Results (pitch and rhythm feedback, and scores read by scan import) are approximations and are not guaranteed to be correct.

2. Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

3. Copyright of sheet music

Only scan or import music you have the right to use. Use copyrighted music only within private use. We are not responsible for how you use sheet music.

4. Prohibited use

Unauthorized access to the App or servers, excessive load, reverse engineering, and use that violates law or third-party rights are prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

We make no warranty about the App's operation, the accuracy of its results or its fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
